Website Privacy Notice
Effective 24 July 2026. This notice applies to the FASTLANE public website, initial enquiries and Registered Access accounts.
1. Current entity status
FASTLANE TRUST is a proposed entity with incorporation in progress. Final legal name, jurisdiction, registered office and registration details will be published after official evidence is available. Until then, privacy enquiries should be directed to office@fastlanetrust.com.
2. Information processed
Public enquiries
The public enquiry form does not transmit information to or store information on this website. It prepares an email in the visitor’s own email application. If sent, the email may contain name, organization, role, LinkedIn profile, sector, territory, contact details and the message supplied.
Registered and Qualified Access
Account registration processes professional email, name, organization, role, sector, territory, optional LinkedIn profile, consent record, account status, validity period and security metadata. A qualification application may additionally process the requested role and domains, relevant territories, relationship context, purpose, stated basis of authority, referral context, review status, decision reference and accreditation validity. Passwords are processed by the identity provider and are not visible to FASTLANE.
3. Purposes
Information is processed to create and secure accounts, verify professional email control, assess qualification requests, record controlled decisions, apply scoped access, validity and revocation controls, release appropriate registered or accredited content, assess and respond to enquiries, verify authority and counterparties, prevent fraud, maintain engagement records and meet applicable legal or compliance requirements.
4. Data minimization
Do not submit passports, payment-card data, banking credentials, confidential contracts or sensitive personal information through the public enquiry, registration or initial qualification forms. FASTLANE may request supporting identity, authority, mandate, KYC or due-diligence information later through an approved controlled channel.
5. Sharing and access
Access is limited to authorized persons with a legitimate need to know. Information is not sold. Identity, hosting and database providers process limited information to operate and protect Registered Access. Information may also be shared with approved professional advisers, service providers or relevant counterparties where necessary, authorized and subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, an enquiry, engagement, legal obligations or the protection of legitimate interests. Registered access has a controlled validity period and may be reviewed, expired or revoked. Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards are applied according to sensitivity and risk.
7. International processing
FASTLANE operates internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries different from the sender’s location, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or complaint. Requests should identify the relevant account or communication and be sent to the official office.
9. Sessions, cookies and analytics
Registered and Accredited Access use essential browser storage to maintain a secure authenticated session. The default session ends when the browser session closes unless the user explicitly chooses to remain signed in on a trusted device. This release does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking or non-essential analytics. Essential hosting and security logs may be processed for operation and protection of the service.
10. Updates
This notice will be updated following incorporation and whenever website processing materially changes.
